Helping You with Traumatic Memory
I work with adults and teenagers with a multitude of different situations – but I specialise in working with people recovering Trauma this can be one off traumatic events such as accidents or prolonged events such as traumatic grief or loss to multiple events such as abuse and relational trauma from childhood. I have also worked with numerous veterans from the services and t house who work in the Heath and caring services through work related trauma.

I am an Experienced BSc Qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapeutic Practictioner registered with BACP and on the senior accredited register with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I work in ways which may help you link past events and pattens to your present feelings or behaviour. I work using many of the latest advances in Neuroscience to help my clients gain better control of their feelings and help bring improvements to their relationships and resolve issues. In addition to using traditional methods of talking therapies I also use more up to date therapy techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting.
