I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor who has been Counselling in Private Practice for ten years . I have worked Face to Face in EAP traditional settings as well as using the outdoors for walk and talk sessions and additionally via SKYPE Zoom and Telephone for around eight years.
I specialise in Trauma work and although I work with all age groups a large amount of my experience has been working with Trauma Mind Body Work and with young Adults including work with the Benjamin Foundation.
Alongside my private practice and for over 20 years I run a busy second business which with the help of a business partner and employees, I feel adds balance to my work and adds valuable business and marketing experience to my practice and an additional asset in working as a supervisor..
I am on the senior accredited regisiter with the National Counselling society and am on the voluntary accredited register with the BACP.
